Overview
North Pointe Homeowners Association is planned as a distinctive and unique community. In order to establish and maintain a consistent character for the community, and to insure homes are well designed, constructed, and landscaped, Design Guidelines (hereafter referred to as the “Guidelines”) have been developed. The intent of the Guidelines is to accommodate individual taste to the extent possible, while ensuring that overall consistency is maintained.
How to submit an application for improvements or modifications for your home.
1. Complete the NPHA ACB Submittal Form.
2. Include plans, drawings, pictures, brochures of the materials to be used in your the project. [pdfs or jpegs]
Note: A plat of your lot indicating the location of fences, shed, hardscape improvements, or landscape plants is required.
3. Submit your application for review online through your NPHA AppFolio homeowner account portal at https://commoninterest.appfolio.com/connect
A. Select Architectural Reviews tab on the side navigation bar.
B. Click on blue bar " Submit New Review".
C. Enter brief description of project.
D. Upload completed ACB submittal form, and additional items.
4. If you are unable to submit items online through your portal, please mail your application and copies of documents to the management company.
